| Resumo: | O presente estudo pretende analisar os impactos territoriais e socioambientais ocasionados pelas políticas públicas implantadas no Litoral Norte da Bahia e no Litoral Sul de Sergipe, avaliando como tais ações afetam direta ou indiretamente o espaço e a sociedade, uma vez que o Estado tem contribuído de forma bastante relevante para a reestruturação territorial, através da implantação de infraestrutura (rodovia, orlas, pontes) de suporte para a atividade turística e imobiliária. O presente estudo tem como recorte territorial o Litoral Norte da Bahia e o Litoral Sul de Sergipe, mais especificamente os municípios costeiros de Jandaíra e Conde, na Bahia, e os municípios estuarinos de Santa Luzia do Itanhy e Indiaroba, em Sergipe. |
| Resumo (segunda língua): | The present study intends to analyze the territorial and socioenvironmental impacts caused by the public policies implemented in the North Coast of Bahia and the Southern Coast of Sergipe, evaluating how these actions affect directly or indirectly the space and the society, since the State has contributed in a way very important for the territorial restructuring, through the implementation of infrastructure (highway, borders, bridges) to support tourism and real estate. The present study has as a territorial cut the Northern Coast of Bahia and the Southern Coast of Sergipe, more specifically the coastal municipalities of Jandaíra and Conde in Bahia, and the estuarine municipalities of Santa Luzia do Itanhy and Indiaroba in Sergipe. |
