| Resumo: | O artigo apresenta um relato de experiência no Arquivo Central da Reitoria (ARQREI) do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Sergipe (IFS), enfatizando a importância social do arquivo como cooperador de conhecimento, por meio dos projetos de extensão, para reafirmar e fortalecer o processo acadêmico dos bolsistas. A metodologia dividiu-se em duas etapas: primeiramente foram feitas pesquisas de cunho bibliográfico e documental, fundamentadas em autores e normas da área de Arquivologia, da história do IFS e pelo acervo do setor. Já a segunda etapa desenvolveu-se de forma observatória e descritiva, no ARQREI, com abordagem da pesquisa-ação construindo um panorama histórico do setor e pontuando os resultados obtidos com a implantação das técnicas arquivísticas. Durante a análise e discussão dos resultados observados, notam-se os benefícios do projeto para o desenvolvimento profissional dos discentes, além de possibilitar a gestão documental no ARQREI e contribuir para a gestão do conhecimento da instituição. |
| Resumo (segunda língua): | The article presents an experience report in the Central Archive of the Rectory (ARQREI) of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Sergipe (IFS), emphasizing the social importance of the archive sector as a knowledge cooperator, through extension projects, to reaffirm and strengthen the scholarly process of fellows. The methodology was divided into two stages: first, bibliographical and documentary research was carried out, based on authors and standards from the archives area, from the history of the IFS and from the archives of the sector. The second stage was developed in an observational and descriptive way, in ARQREI, with an action-research approach, constructing a historical panorama of the sector and punctuating the results obtained with the implantation of the archival techniques.
